Three layers.
Natural veneer gives each face its grain. A 12 mm MDF core keeps the slats straight; 9 mm PET felt joins them into a 21 mm panel. The open gaps let sound reach the felt.
A thin slice of natural timber covers the face of each slat. Its grain and pores belong to the wood itself.

For interiors where the material matters, we use natural oak and walnut veneer on our slats. Each face keeps the grain and character of the original timber.
An original in every grain
Growth lines and natural variations belong to the tree. They give your wall a character that a repeatable, reconstructed pattern cannot reproduce exactly.
Colour from the timber
Natural oak and walnut start with the timber’s own colour. In dyed reconstituted veneer, added colourants are susceptible to fading in sunlight.

The veneer face is the specified wood itself. Its pores, fibres and light-catching grain bring the detail you expect from a premium wood finish.
Grown in a tree.
Sliced from natural timber, each face keeps its own grain, pores and colour variations. Every panel carries the character of real wood.
Rebuilt from wood.
Wood is dyed, layered and sliced into a repeatable grain. Both the pattern and colour are created during production.
Less echo.
More comfort.
Sound reaches the PET felt through the gaps between the slats. The felt absorbs some of that energy, helping reduce lingering reflections inside the room.

Send your recipient name, full address, postcode and phone number on WhatsApp. We normally use FedEx or UPS. Use your own courier account for delivery charges, or pay us through Wise or bank transfer. Transit takes 7–14 days, depending on your destination.
Can the sample delivery charge be credited back?
We offer a courier-cost credit with your first order. We record the credit terms when arranging your samples.
How much is ocean freight?
Ocean freight starts at approximately US$0.84/kg, with a minimum shipment of 50 kg. Your quote gives the freight total for your destination and shipment weight.
How long does ocean delivery take?
Ocean transit takes approximately 20–40 days, depending on the route and destination. Production is a separate stage.
What will I pay at the destination?
Destination charges include customs clearance, import duties and taxes, port handling and onward delivery. Your shipping quotation lists which charges are included.
How do I pay for a bulk order?
Our standard terms are T/T: a 30% deposit, with the balance against the bill of lading. We also accept a letter of credit at sight.
What happens if there is a quality problem?
We provide a QC report before shipment and offer replacement or compensation for confirmed quality problems. Send your order number and photographs of the panels, carton and labels. Keep the packaging for transport-damage claims.
Can you make our packaging or a custom sample?
Yes. We customise packaging and logo artwork. Custom design takes 3 days; a custom sample takes 7 days.
How are the panels fixed?
Use adhesive or mechanical fixings suitable for the wall or ceiling substrate. These are rigid panels for flat interior surfaces. The backing, fixing method and air gap affect acoustic performance.
Can I use them outdoors or in a bathroom?
Standard MDF panels are for dry interiors. They are not specified for outdoor exposure, shower walls or direct splash zones.
When is the bulk order ready to ship?
Production takes 14–28 days, depending on the order quantity.
